Dr. Johanna Lisle Newbold is a New England native, born and raised in Massachusetts. While working in Information Technology for a Cambridge based biotech firm Dr. Johanna had some health problems that left her unable to enjoy her favorite activities. After several attempts and multiple approaches towards regaining her health, she tried Chiropractic. The experience was so powerful that she decided to become a Doctor of Chiropractic.
In 1985, Dr. David Linatsas founded Nashua Family Chiropractic after graduating from Life University in Atlanta, Georgia. Before he brought chiropractic care to Nashua, NH, Dr. Linatsas was a special education teacher for the city. When his practice opened in 1985, they provided chiropractic care and massage therapy to the community.
In 2010, Brandon Linatsas, David’s son, attended Life Chiropractic College West in the Bay Area of California. He graduated in 2013 with Clinical Honors and by 2015, Dr. Brandon (as his patients like to call him) was ecstatic to step into his life-long dream and join his father in practice. Dr. David Linatsas ran Nashua Family Chiropractic until 2016, at which time he sold it to Brandon.
During his studies at Life Chiropractic College West, Brandon saw one of the biggest downfalls in American Medicine: The practice of “Sick Care”, not “Health Care”. Essentially, the health systems in this country focused on making the sick feel better instead of prioritizing healthy living and the discovery of root causes. Dr. Brandon wanted to provide people with a different approach.
He came across the concept of a “Blue Zone” during his college studies and the idea hooked him. Blue Zones are communities around the world where populations live well beyond the age of 100, chronic illness is almost non-existent, and people live vibrant lives. Healthy living wasn’t a trend or fad for these communities, it was just a way of life. They ate from the earth, walked everywhere they went and had a sense of belonging to the collective group. Dr. Brandon was inspired by this and wanted to create New Hampshire’s first Blue Zone.
Nashua Family Chiropractic began offering acupuncture, massage therapy, nutritional counseling, and most recently, primary care. The business began hosting events like Chair Yoga for Seniors, Prenatal Yoga for new mothers, and even planted a community garden for staff members and patients to tend to and enjoy the fruits of. All of these initiatives aimed to bring the community together. Nashua Family Chiropractic has served over 11,000 members since 1985.
After six years at NFC, Dr. Brandon knew it was time to take the next step in creating a Blue Zone. The foundation for the community was strong and he was ready to begin the movement to “Health Care. Not Sick Care.” Thus, he started the rebranding process.
Enter Blue Zone Health.
Blue Zone Health aims to do better than the American health care standard and provide community members with the resources and tools they need to live vibrantly. Good health care should be happening all the time – beyond the facility and office and into everyday life. Here at BZH, you’re also provided the framework to live vibrantly together. We believe we’re on the precipice of something revolutionary.
Become a part of Blue Zone Health today. Whether it’s primary care for you and the whole family or participating in Chair Yoga, the path to health care is here. All you need to do is take the first step.

Dr. Brandon attended Nashua public schools and after graduating high school, attended Nashua Community College where he earned his Associate of Arts degree in Automotive Technology. While he still has a great passion for fixing cars, he realized that his love for chiropractic and helping others was his true calling.

Dr. Johanna completed her bachelors in Biology and her doctor of Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta Georgia. Prior to starting her degrees from Life University, Dr. Johanna completed a 1 year massage therapy program, with continuing education in Reiki.
Dr. Johanna focuses on Neurostructural Integration. Unlike many conventional chiropractors in the region, Dr. Johanna draws upon her experience in technology and engineering, along with her massage and Reiki background, for a unique approach to health. Her approach allows her to help patients get fantastic results from care.
While not in her practice, Dr. Johanna can be found spending time with her family, running, or working in container vegetable gardens. Dr. Johanna’s hobbies include knitting, reading sci/fi fantasy novels from small publishers, and gluten free/dairy free baking. Dr. Johanna served as Ward 8 Ward Clerk in Nashua from 2015-2017.
Dr. Eric M. Borsini was born and raised in New England, but moved to Ohio for 21 years after receiving his Chiropractic education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Iowa. He and his sons moved back to New England after a promise he made to his Grandmother to be home next to his family just before she passed away at almost 100 years old! He is the proud father of two fine young men, Ryan and Cody.
He practiced in Ohio for over two decades in a small town called Greenfield. In Greenfield, he saw and successfully treated a wide range of patients with conditions such as sports injuries, accidents, sciatica, and headaches as well as newborn and child adjustments. He is known for being nutrition-minded and would hold classes in his community to help others learn how to make better choices through nutritional counseling.
Typical of someone from New England, he often says it the way it is. He feels that his patients deserve a doctor that will do what it takes to assist them on their path to optimum health. He is passionate about raising the vibration of all those whom he encounters. This is why he joined the great team here at Blue Zone Health. He looks forward to assisting you with your health needs and helping you to live a life to your greatest health potential.

I was drawn to massage therapy through an interest in the mind-body connection. I believe that regular bodywork and relaxation therapy is the key to health and wellness. Focused on improving the quality of daily life, I use approaches that address a range of both acute and chronic problems. I aim to create a sense of balance and whole-body healing by building different modalities for each client. As I grow into my practice, I will continue to learn and expand my knowledge to benefit all.
